As of December 1st, 2018, La’lli Hair Lounge is officially under new management and we are excited to share some of the recent updates with you!

 

In just a few short months, our salon space has seen a full renovation. We’ve hired a talented team of stylists who are committed to offering you personalized, unsurpassed service with exceptional products. We’ve immersed ourselves in some of the best educational resources, making strides in mastering the most up-to-date techniques and styles. 

 

Our new policies will be effective starting September 1st, 2019 and will be posted on our website, www.lallihair.com. If you have any questions or concerns regarding any of the policies, please feel free to contact a management team member and they will be more than happy to assist.

 

Cancelation policy:

If you are unable to make your appointment, we ask that you contact us 24 hours prior to your appointment so that a stylist can fill the time allotted. 

 

If you are unable to meet the 24 hour cancelation policy, we will ask for a 50% deposit upon your following three appointments in order to hold the time allotted. The 50% deposit policy will be waived if all three appointments are made without breaking the 24 hour cancellation policy going forward. 

 

If, on two or more occasions, the 24 hour policy is not met, we will ask you to pay 100% of your appointment amount in advance. If the dollar amount differs from the amount paid in advance, you will either be reimbursed for the difference, or you will owe the remaining amount after your service is complete. 

 

Late/no show policy:

We kindly suggest that you arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled service time to ensure your comfort and ease at the salon, and the stylist’s schedule. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment time, your stylist may not be able to see you for the service booked or may not be able to complete the entirety of the service booked. As an example: if you are booked for a blow out and iron work, and do not arrive to your appointment on time, your stylist may not have time for both services. We ask that you remain considerate to your time allotted in order to ensure you receive the full service you have booked. 

 

If you are late for three consecutive appointments, we will ask for a 50% deposit for the next three appointments. After arriving on time for three consecutive appointments, the 50% deposit requirement will be removed. 

 

These policy updates to our salon are to ensure your satisfaction with our services, the efficiency of our stylists’ schedules, and the consideration of other clients who book with our stylists.

 

Price Increase:

Due to the price increase of products across the board, La’lli will be increasing the cost of services by $3.00. We have also renovated the salon to stay up to date and ensure the space you spend your time in is as beautiful as you are. We want to stay relevant, cutting edge, and ahead of the competition. This price increase will also go towards our stylists’ educational classes, who are passionate about providing you with the unparalleled service you deserve. 

 

Service changes: 

We will no longer offer waxing services. Please feel free to ask your stylist for suggestions, as they are more than happy to provide recommendations in your area. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
